Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations — stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at usefemme.info@gmail.com.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier is assigned automatically at the time of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from UseFemme. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

In original condition with all tags attached

Not marked as final sale
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Pack your item securely and include your order number inside the package

Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or our error: we cover the return shipping cost

For all other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at usefemme.info@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size or color you would like instead. We will ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at usefemme.info@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
